Thank you for choosing Lawn Fetti by Tiffany for your yard greeting.  As a small business, we strive to give our most creative sign to each customer.  We treat every occasion just as special as the next.  We do ask each customer to abide by our term and conditions to make your yard greetings run smoothly. 

• All prices include delivery, set up and take down.  All signs are installed the afternoon (we no longer install after dark) PRIOR to your celebration.  
• All orders placed must be paid in full before installation
• Please give at least a 24hr cancellation notice. (Cancellations made without 24hrs notice will be refunded at 50%)
• Please don't remove the sign unless discussed with Lawn Fetti by Tiffany beforehand.
• We have the right to cancel an order if it puts our employees in harms way (weather, illness, location, etc)  We will refund at 100% if this is the case. 
• Please don't mow around our signs as it my damage the sign
• Please water the sign location area for a least 2 days prior to installation
• We ask that at least one adult in the home is aware of the sign installation and that an outdoor light is on.  This is for the safety of our employees.
